We have been doing business in the Rio Grande Valley since 1920, when Wade H. Bliss, Sr. first settled in McAllen. He moved to Edinburg in 1922 and developed Enfield Estates, Edinburg’s first subdivision.

The company also does business under the names of Arkansas Texas Land & Cattle Company and Bliss-Moore-Gayken, a Texas partnership.
